Èdmètfíhb Se (/ˈɛdmɛt/ /fɪ̞b/ [empathy] [white; blank; clear]) is a subtropical Town located in the Jambèiē Provence of the Dalandic Empire.
The name Èdmètfíhb Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Èdmètfíhb Se was founded by Shesmesí Medwin, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Èdmètfíhb Se has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Èdmètfíhb Se receives an average of 229 cm/y (90 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Èdmètfíhb Se covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 3268 m (10721 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Èdmètfíhb Se was founded durring the early 17th century in early fall of the year 1643, by Shesmesí Medwin. The establishment of Èdmètfíhb Se suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Èdmètfíhb Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Èdmètfíhb Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Èdmètfíhb Se is is constructed arround a series of narrow cobblestone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.
Right off the bat Èdmètfíhb Se hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Many of those buildings are schools, scriptoriums, and even one college. One can only wonder what knowledge the town has come into.
Civic Infrastructure

Èdmètfíhb Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Èdmètfíhb Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Èdmètfíhb Se has an Administrative Academy which trains individuals in the administrative arts.
Èdmètfíhb Se possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Èdmètfíhb Se's grid is powered by a boiler and turbine based power plant.
Èdmètfíhb Se's old civil lighting system was converted to Galvanic Lamps recently, and expanded to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Èdmètfíhb Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Èdmètfíhb Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Life is hard in Èdmètfíhb Se. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Èdmètfíhb Se a notably resourceful and hearty people.
Èdmètfíhb Se's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.

The Mud Elemental, Large near Èdmètfíhb Se are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Èdmètfíhb Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Invocation energies of tier 3 via chanting.
